N.H. Code Admin. R. Asb 205.02 – Requirements for Requests for Rule Explanation

(a) Each request for rule explanation shall provide the following information:
1. (1) The name and address of the interested person; and
2. (2) The rule number and title.
(b) The request shall be addressed to the chairperson of the board.
(c) All information shall be typewritten.
(d) The interested person shall sign and date the request.
