- (a) Hearings shall be open to the print and electronic media.
(b) The chairperson or a designee shall limit the activity of the print and electronic media to avoid disruption by:
- (1) Limiting the number of media representatives when their number, along with the number of citizens present, exceeds the capacity of the room;
- (2) Limiting the placement of television cameras to specific locations in the room; and
- (3) Prohibiting interviews from being conducted within the room where the hearing is being held during the hearing.
