- (a) All board meetings shall be recorded.
- (b) The recording shall be kept available for inspection.
- (c) Persons requesting the transcript shall bear the cost of transcription.
- (d) A copy of the recording may be requested in lieu of a written transcript.
- (e) Persons requesting a copy of the recording shall bear the cost of duplication.
- (f) Recordings of proceedings shall be preserved for a period no less than 6 months from the conclusion of the board meeting date.
