- (a) In order to safeguard the life, health, property, and welfare of the public and to establish and maintain a high standard of integrity in the professional practice of architecture the following rules of professional conduct have been adopted in accordance with RSA 310-A:32, I(f).
- (b) These rules of professional conduct shall be binding upon every person holding a license as an architect in this state.
