- (a) To request reinstatement of an expired license not more than one year after the license expired, the former licensee shall complete the requirements for renewing a license specified in Arch 401.02 and Arch 401.03 and submit a statement to the OPLC indicating that the applicant has complied with the continuing education requirements of Arch 403.07.
- (b) An individual whose license has been expired more than one year who wishes to obtain a license shall apply for initial licensure as required by Plc 304 and Arch 301.01.
