Renewal Application Addendum

The applicant shall complete and submit a “NH Architect Addendum to the Universal Application for License Renewal,” revised 1/2026 attesting to the following:
- (a) The applicant has adhered to the ethical and professional standards of Arch 500; and
- (b) The applicant has complied with the continuing education requirements of Arch 403.01(c) or Arch 403.07, as applicable.
