Any licensee wishing to renew a license shall submit:
- (a) The “Universal Application for License Renewal” required by Plc 308.05;
- (b) The fee required by Plc 1002.04; and
- (c) A completed “NH Architect Addendum to the Universal Application for License Renewal” that provides the information and documentation required by Arch 401.03.
