Applicants shall be evaluated using the NCARB Certification Guidelines January 2026 edition as specified in Appendix B and NCARB Education Guidelines January 2026 edition as specified in Appendix B. All candidates for licensure shall have completed the training requirements of the AXP through NCARB or have met the minimum requirements for NCARB certification pursuant to the NCARB Certification Guidelines January 2026 edition as specified in Appendix B.
