- (a) Each person wishing to become licensed as an architect shall complete and submit the “Universal Application for Initial License” as required by Plc 304.01(a)-(c), and the application fee as specified in Plc 1002.04.
- (b) If the application for licensure is denied, the applicant shall be provided an opportunity to request a hearing pursuant to Plc 304.10.
