The Plc 200 rules shall govern with regards to all procedures for:
- (a) The receipt of misconduct complaints;
- (b) The conduct of disciplinary proceedings;
- (c) Rulemaking submissions, considerations, and disposition of rulemaking petitions;
- (d) Public comment hearings;
- (e) Declaratory rulings;
- (f) Explanation of adopted rules; and
- (g) Voluntary surrender of licenses.
