- (a) A public comment hearing concerning rulemaking shall be commenced by placing notice of the hearing in the “Rulemaking Register” pursuant to the requirements of RSA 541-A:6, I.
- (b) Nothing in these rules shall prohibit the board from giving greater notice than the minimums set forth in RSA 541-A:6, I.
