- (a) Within 30 days of the filing of the petition for declaratory ruling, the board shall notify the petitioner, in writing, whether the petition is granted or rejected.
- (b) If the petition is granted, the board shall issue a declaratory ruling in accordance with the requirements of RSA 541-A:16, II(b).
- (c) The board shall reject the petition if it is inadequate or beyond the scope of the board’s authority set forth in RSA 357-D.
