- (a) All parties shall be provided with all documents and records requested relative to the issues raised in the demand for arbitration no later than 5 working days prior to the date of the scheduled hearing.
- (b) All discovery requests shall be in writing and shall be honored unless the board rules that the request is not relevant to an issue subject to arbitration.
- (c) All documents provided by the manufacturer pursuant to Arb 203.03 shall be presumed to be relevant to any claim for arbitration considered by the board.
