1. (a) Persons wishing to correspond with the board or make submissions to it may:

   1. (1) Send a letter; or
   2. (2) Send the correspondence or submission by e-mail, provided that the board's rules do not require it to be sent by mail.

2. (b) Persons seeking information from the board may do so by:

   1. (1) Mail or e-mail as set forth in (a) above;
   2. (2) Telephoning the board; or
   3. (3) Accessing the board as described in Ahp 105.01(c).
