“Governing boards” means “governing boards” as defined in RSA 328-F:2, IV, namely, “individual licensing boards of athletic trainers, occupational therapy assistants, occupational therapists, physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, speech-language pathologists, hearing care providers, and genetic counselors”.
