The following words shall have the meanings indicated when used in this chapter:

1. (a) “Grader” means any person who has satisfied the requirements of Agr 908.07 and is

   certified by the department;

2. (b) “Location of use” means the address of intended use for the lumber;

3. (c) “Native lumber” means wood, in log form, processed by registered mills in the state

   of New Hampshire;

4. (d) “Purchaser” means a builder, agent, or owner who buys native lumber from a

   sawmill;

5. (e) “Sawmill” means a mill registered in accordance with RSA 227-I:9; and

6. (f) “When required” means when native lumber is to be used in a municipality which

   has adopted a building code which requires regular grade stamped lumber.
