The registrant shall pay an annual fee for each pesticide registered as follows:

1. (a) For a restricted use pesticide, $220 per product per year;
2. (b) For a general use pesticide, other than a specialty or household pesticide, $220 per product per year; and

3. (c) For a specialty or household pesticide, $220 per product per year.
