Action on Petition

Effective Mar 24, 2005#6299, eff 7-25-96, EXPIRED: 7-25-04 New. #8309-A, eff 3-24-05Commissioner, Department of Agriculture, Markets, and Food

(a) The department shall issue a declaratory ruling, in writing, within 30 days of receipt of a petition.
(b) A copy of each declaratory ruling shall be:
1. (1) Filed with the director of legislative services;
2. (2) Sent to the petitioner by first class mail; and
3. (3) Filed with the department.
