1. (a) A delivery ticket shall not be inserted into a device delivering petroleum products and equipped with a printer until after the delivery system has been charged with product and immediately before a delivery of the product is begun.
2. (b) At no time shall a ticket be in a vehicle-mounted device when the vehicle is in motion.
3. (c) Delivery tickets printed by vehicle-mounted metering systems and invoices issued shall be left with the customer at the time of delivery or as otherwise specified by the customer.

4. (d) All delivery tickets and invoices shall contain at least the following:

   1. (1) The date the product is delivered;
   2. (2) The name and address of the vendor, including street, city, state, and 9-digit zip code;
   3. (3) The name and address of the purchaser, including street, city, state, and 9-digit zip code;
   4. (4) The type of product being delivered;
   5. (5) The unit price, per gallon or liter, of the product being delivered;
   6. (6) The total computed price for the volume delivered; and

   7. (7) If there is correction for temperature:

      1. a. The net gallons or liters delivered; and
      2. b. The statement "The volume delivered has been adjusted to the volume at 60 degrees Fahrenheit".
