Entities that are part of New Hampshire state government, but which are not agencies as defined in Adm 611.01 (a), that submit property to state surplus management by the use of the form described in Adm 611.07 shall:

1. (a) Be deemed to agree that state surplus management may redistribute or dispose of the submitted property as provided in these rules; and
2. (b) Receive and make, or allow to be received or made, such distributions of funds as are provided in Adm 611.15 or Adm 611.16.
