All CPAs shall notify the OPLC in writing within 30 business days of a change in mailing address or e-mail address to ensure the OPLC has a current mailing and e-mail address. Failure to provide a written notification of change of address shall not be exculpatory grounds for failing to respond to governing board or the OPLC inquiries or timelines and shall be grounds for disciplinary actions.
