The duties of the board include:

1. (a) Adopting rules relative to:

   1. (1) Peer reviews;
   2. (2) Disciplinary matters;
   3. (3) Qualifications of applicants;
   4. (4) Ethical and professional standards;
   5. (5) Presiding over hearings; and
   6. (6) Any other matters necessary for the proper administration of RSA 309-B;
2. (b) The adjudication of complaints against licensees; and
3. (c) All other functions set forth in RSA 309-B.
