Forms of Dispute Resolution

Disputes between any person and the committee shall be resolved by:
- (a) Agreement pursuant to Abfd 217.01;
- (b) Formal settlement pursuant to Abfd 217.02; or
- (c) Decision after hearing made pursuant to Abfd 212.08.
