N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 420-O:8

Investigations; Subpoenas

Effective Jan 1, 20172016, 257:1, eff. Jan. 1, 2017.

The commissioner may make such investigations as he or she deems necessary both within and outside the state in accordance with the provisions of RSA 400-A:16 and RSA 400-A:20-22.
