1. I. The term "person" shall mean any individual, corporation, association, partnership, reciprocal exchange, inter-insurer, Lloyd's insurers, fraternal benefit society and any other legal entity, engaged in the business of insurance, including agents, brokers, and adjusters.
2. II. "Commissioner" shall mean the commissioner of insurance of this state.
3. III. "Creditor or lender" shall include their successors or assigns.
