N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 415-I:13

Administrative Penalties

Effective Jan 1, 20092008, 206:1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.

In addition to the penalties and other enforcement provisions of this chapter, any person who willfully violates this chapter is subject to administrative penalties of up to $2,500 per violation.
