N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 415-F:9

Premiums

Effective Jan 1, 20222021, 119:2, Pt. IV, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2022.

Upon a Medicare eligible disabled member attaining the age of 65, no issuer shall continue to charge that member the under age 65 premium.
