N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 415-B:13
Penalty
Effective Jul 3, 19811981, 118:1, eff. July 3, 1981.
Any premium finance company, insurer, agent, or broker who willfully and knowingly violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
