N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 408:8

Penalty

Effective Jan 1, 20232022, 144:1, eff. Jan. 1, 2023.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any rule adopted thereunder shall be subject to penalties as provided under RSA 400-A:15, III.
