Interest on Escrow Accounts
Effective Oct 1, 20152015, 272:16, eff. Oct. 1, 2015.
Escrow accounts of credit unions, federal credit unions and foreign credit unions having escrow accounts in this state shall be subject to RSA 383-B:3-303(a)(7)(E).
