Scope

Effective Oct 1, 20152015, 272:16, eff. Oct. 1, 2015.

This chapter applies to family trust companies. A family trust company is a state bank and also is a trust company. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, RSA 383-A and RSA 383-C apply to family trust companies.
