N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 383-D:9-901

Trust Offices

Effective Oct 1, 20152015, 272:16, eff. Oct. 1, 2015.

In accordance with RSA 383-C:7-701 through RSA 383-C:7-703, a family trust company may open, close, or relocate any trust office at which it exercises trust powers or otherwise transacts business.
