N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 383:4
Vacancy Filled for Unexpired Term
Effective Mar 3, 19431943, 39:3, eff. Mar. 3, 1943.
Vacancies in the office of the bank commissioner and deputy bank commissioner as established by RSA 383:1, shall be filled for the unexpired term of such office.
