N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 358-O:9
Penalties
Effective Jan 1, 19951994, 229:2, eff. Jan. 1, 1995.
Any violation of this chapter shall constitute a prohibited practice under the provisions of RSA 358-A and shall be subject to any of the enforcement provisions of RSA 358-A.
