N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 357-C:12-a

Franchisor and Franchisee Registration

Effective Jan 1, 20022001, 209:10, eff. Jan. 1, 2002.

Each franchisor and franchisee shall register annually with the New Hampshire motor vehicle industry board pursuant to rules adopted by the board in accordance with RSA 541-A.
