§ 352:12

N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 352:12

Application

Effective Jan 1, 19891988, 117:1, eff. Jan. 1, 1989.

This subdivision shall not apply to a written contract executed prior to January 1, 1989, unless:

I. The parties agree that this subdivision shall apply; or
II. The contract is extended or renewed on or after January 1, 1989.
