N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 326-L:4

Penalty

Effective Jul 1, 20182018, 365:1, eff. July 1, 2018.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an unfair or deceptive act or practice as provided in RSA 358-A and shall be penalized in accordance with RSA 358-A:6.
