Pharmacists Not Liable
Effective Jul 6, 19991999, 213:3, eff. July 6, 1999.
A pharmacist who dispenses drugs to a midwife certified under RSA 326-D shall not be liable for any adverse reactions caused by any method of use by the midwife.
