N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 313-A:33
Exemption
Effective Jan 1, 20052004, 177:13, eff. Jan. 1, 2005.
This subdivision shall not apply to a phototherapy device used by or under the supervision of a licensed health care professional for treatment of disease.
