1. I. The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:

   1. (a) [Repealed.]
   2. (b) The qualifications of applicants in addition to those requirements set by statute, and including the qualifications for satisfactory evidence of good professional character;
   3. (c) How an applicant shall be examined;
   4. (d) The requirements for renewal of a license, including the requirements for continuing education;
   5. (e) [Repealed.]
   6. (f) Ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of a license under this subdivision and how disciplinary actions by the board shall be implemented for violations of these standards;
   7. (g) [Repealed.]
   8. (h) [Repealed.]
   9. (i) The design of an official seal;
   10. (j) [Repealed.]
   11. (k) [Repealed.]
   12. (l) What constitutes engineering experience for the purposes of RSA 310-A:12;
   13. (m) Procedures for a waiver of the fundamentals of engineering examination under RSA 310-A:12, II;
   14. (n) The circumstances under which an applicant may be required to take an examination under RSA 310-A:12, IV;
   15. (o) [Repealed.]
   16. (p) [Repealed.]
   17. (q) [Repealed.]
   18. (r) The requirements for retired status.
