Standards of Practice
Effective Jan 1, 20172016, 266:2, eff. Jan. 1, 2017.
The board shall adopt, under RSA 541-A, minimum and uniform standards of practice which shall apply to New Hampshire septic system evaluators and be enforced by the board.
