N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 304-C:4

Replacement of Previous Act

Effective Jan 1, 20132012, 232:2, eff. Jan. 1, 2013.

Except as provided in RSA 304-C:5, II this act entirely replaces the New Hampshire limited liability company act as in effect before January 1, 2013.
