Managers who are Also Members

Effective Jan 1, 20132012, 232:2, eff. Jan. 1, 2013.

Unless the operating agreement provides otherwise, a person who is both a manager and a member:

I. Has the rights and powers and is subject to the duties of a manager; and
II. Has the rights and powers and is subject to the duties of a member.
