N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 304-C:148 – Other Business Entity; Converting Business Entity

I. Another business entitymeans an entity whose business organization form is not the limited liability company business organization form.
II. Aconverting business entitymeans an other business entity that intends to make or that makes a statutory conversion of its business organization form to the limited liability company form.
