Single-Member Limited Liability Companies May Have Enforceable Operating Agreements
Effective Jan 1, 20132012, 232:2, eff. Jan. 1, 2013.
An operating agreement of a single-member LLC shall not be unenforceable on the ground that there is only one person who is a party to the operating agreement.
