Terms used in this chapter have the following meaning:

1. I. Agricultural products includes horticultural, viticultural, forestry, dairy, live stock, poultry, bee, and any farm products.
2. II. Member includes actual members of associations without capital stock and holders of common stock in associations organized with capital stock.
3. III. Association means any corporation organized under this chapter.
4. IV. Person includes individuals, firms, partnerships, corporations, and associations.
5. V. Associations organized hereunder shall be deemed nonprofit.
