N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 293-B:29 – Other Trusts Not Affected

This chapter shall not be interpreted to limit or to enlarge the power of trusts that are organized under any other law and shall apply only to a New Hampshire investment trust as defined in RSA 293-B:2, IV and an other investment entity as defined in RSA 293-B:2, VI.
