N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 275-C:23

Rulemaking

Effective Jul 1, 20242024, 33:15, eff. July 1, 2024.

The commission shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:

I. Eligibility criteria.
II. Procedures for the verification of an applicant's impairment and eligibility.
III. Limits on equipment availability.
IV. The proper administration of this subdivision.
