N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 270-E:21 – Reports; Accounts; Records

I. The department may require:
1. (a) Annual reports from all common carriers by water.
2. (b) Specific answers to any questions deemed necessary by the department.
II. The department or its representative shall have access, at reasonable times, to all accounts, records and other documents of a carrier which relate to RSA 270-E.
