N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 270-D:12
Exemption
Effective Jan 1, 20022000, 52:3, eff. Jan. 1, 2002.
A person who is licensed by the state of New Hampshire or the United States Coast Guard to operate a commercial vessel shall be exempt from the requirements of this subdivision.
